The Watershed Grill Was Used as Jack’s Bar in Virgin River Season 4: Know More About the Real Place!
The cast and crew of Virgin River season 4 traveled north of Vancouver to Squamish, a town and district municipality at the northern end of Howe Sound, to film new scenes. For Season 4, The Watershed Grill at 41101 Government Road in Brackendale also operated as the popular hangout, Jack's Bar.
Watershed Grill is a beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains around the Brackendale Eagles Provincial Park. Additionally, some scenes with Mel and Jack were shot here near the Squamish River. Some parts were also captured along the Squamish River in British Columbia, a small but enormous river. The bar's interior, however, was captured in Vancouver studios.
Additionally, the majority of the significant scenes for the show were filmed in Metro Vancouver, a metropolitan area whose main urban center is in Vancouver. Melinda's cabin in the community of Virgin River was modeled by the exterior of the Murdo Frazer Park caretaker's cabin at 3092 Paisley Road in North Vancouver.
In order to film more shots for season 4 in the area of the Cleveland Dam and on the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge at 3663 Park Road, the production crew remained in North Vancouver for a little while longer.
The exteriors of a mansion at 122 First Street in New Westminster were used to tape the exterior of Doctor Mulligan's clinic. Additionally, the fourth season's sequences involving Paige's Bake Away truck were filmed in Burnaby Fraser Foreshore Park, which can be found at 7751 Fraser Park Drive, Burnaby.
Like in the previous seasons, it's possible that the Virgin River actors and crew shot a number of interior sequences for season 4 at Northbrook Studios. The 120,000-square-foot studio complex, which has four tiers spread across two buildings with equipped offices and plenty of parking, is located at 8820 Northbrook Court in Burnaby.
Furthermore, during a number of scenes in Season 4, Port Coquitlam partially substituted for the town of Virgin River. The fictional town of Virgin River was once again recreated in the fourth edition of the show by Snug Cove, a neighborhood on Bowen Island's east coast.
The town's main roadways and library were also seen in a lot of sequences. In addition to Vancouver, Whonnock Lake, a natural muskeg lake in Maple Ridge, appears to have been used for a few scenes.
