In Parks and Recreation, Nick Offerman's character was a simple and ordinary person who ate steak and bacon daily. It's hardly an extraordinary living choice in real life, but he stated that his bosses and other colleagues believed Ron Swanson should remain a bit overweight; the comedian had no alternative but to live the same way his personality does. He needed to live in a way for five seasons.

But in reality, Nick does not eat or drink like his character in the NBC comedy show. He eats a lot of meat, drinks a lot of spirits, and doesn't exercise, even though he is very different from the guy he portrays. He frequently displays his photos on the social media platforms. His fans and devotees are interested in his appearance and want to know how he has remained strong.

Nick Offerman follows a strict diet and has done an admirable job of staying in shape. He is incredibly focused and dedicated, which is the key to his success. He is making an honest attempt to appear good, but a few fans have gotten him and his personality worked up, which has been a little extreme. In an interview with The Guardian in 2018, Offerman stated that there are a few areas where people are perplexed, whether it is Nick's or Ron's animation physique. The comedian went on to say,

At times when I am in a café, the culinary specialist who loves the person becomes more acquainted with that I am coming, so they add an inch-thick layer of bacon and even send me an additional steak.

Nick Offerman liked it at first, but his cardiologist warned him that a simple framework should rarely consume such cuisine to live a useful life. Later, he was able to lose a significant amount of weight and recovered it for his job. He even started eating high-calorie dinners like pizza and cheeseburgers and didn't stick to his resolution.

It's odd, but it's a lot of fun. Nick Offerman, in particular, appears to love his Game of Thrones-inspired alter-identity. When questioned about a possible Parks and Rec reunion, Aubrey Plaza said, “You know, there could be like a ‘Parks and Rec’-‘Game of Thrones’ mash-up here, where April and Ron time travel into 'Game of Thrones' times and then we’re just riding those dragons around, … I don’t know, I’m just spitballing here.”
