Love Death + Robots Season 3: Joe Manganiello Plays Coulthard!

In the third season of Love, Death & Robots, Joe Manganiello (@joemanganiello) plays the role of Coulthard, the unit's commanding Sargent, who instructs his squad members to pursue the hostages quietly.

As they reach the cave, the unit engages in light banter to help them relax. The moment of humor, on the other hand, serves as a foreshadowing of the genuinely horrible events that are about to unfold.

The squad then comes across a rotting soldier's body laying along their route. The gang is subsequently attacked by a swarm of alien creatures that look like cockroaches. The soldiers try to retaliate, but the vast number of creatures overwhelms them. Only Coulthard, Harper, and Spencer remain as the creatures eat the soldiers.

However, the group is attacked by another swarm of aliens. Spencer scares away the attackers, allowing Coulthard and Harper to escape. The two return to the grave to contemplate their situation. Toward the end of the episode, Coulthard and Harper come across a mysterious alien thing in the crypts. The alien appears to be an Eldritch God plucked from the pages of H.P. Lovecraft's works.
