Many viewers of the show wonder about the meaning of BOMP after watching The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib on Netflix. Well, it's a word with a hidden meaning which is to replace all the no-no and swear words that Lumpy the Park Duck installed on smartphones. DreamWorks Animation's The Boss Baby is a 2017 American computer-animated comedy film distributed by 20th Century Fox. The plot follows a boy supporting his baby brother, who is a secret spy in the fight between infants and puppies, in the first installment of The Boss Baby franchise.

On March 12, 2017, The Boss Baby had its world premiere at the Miami International Film Festival and was released in the United States on March 31. When the picture was first released, critics appreciated the animation and voice performances while criticizing the plot and humor. It made $528 million globally against a budget of $125 million.

The Boss Baby: Back in Business, a Netflix television series, premiered on April 6, 2018, and The Boss Baby: Family Business, a sequel film, was released in theaters and on Peacock on July 2, 2021.

Similarly, another franchise series, The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib, aired on May 19, 2022, on Netflix. The series is getting mixed reviews. What Does BOMP Mean in Netflix’s The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib?

In the third episode of Netflix's The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib, Tim Templeton's parents leave for their work and Tim decides to watch rude comedians, mean fights, and kissing scenes. Meanwhile, Sheriff Potty Pardner just comes out of his tablet and tells Tim that his dad installed him to round up all the online no-nos and flush them down the potty, where they belong.

Sheriff Potty Pardner claims to live anywhere moms and dads need him to keep young'uns safe. He then says that he takes all the worst no-no words and replaces them with his favorite silly word: BOMP. He says Tim to say anything naughty which automatically sounds, BOMP!.

Another baby uses the same word in the Bystander Baby broadcast. Things start to get heated and messed up as everyone gets shocked. They were uncertain of its exact meaning, however, they knew it was some serious profanity. Everyone rushes to find its meaning.

Later we come to know that two strange people with FLUSH Parental Controls roam around the house and install a software patch and claim to not have passwords on file. After some investigation, we get to know that it was all done by a new archnemesis: Lumpy the Park Duck.

Lumpy gets arrested by The Boss Baby and his crew. However, one of the Lumpy's followers tells Lumpy's actual name is Curtis and asks them to release him or else she would teach the baby all the swears. At the end of the episode, the Boss Baby and his crew decide to release Curtis and make a promise to catch him again.

The Boss Baby Back in the Crib Synopsis!

The original Boss Baby has grown up, and a powerful businessman has been accused of embezzlement by his coworkers. Teddy takes a swig of the Super Secret Baby Formula and transforms back into a baby to flee the FBI.

Tim Templeton, his brother, offers him refuge. Tabitha and Tina, his two nieces, and Carol, Tim's wife, welcome him and show him around. He must reach an agreement with his family and adhere to their customs and traditions. He also returns to Baby Corp to replenish his supply of milk mix in order to continue his baby charade.

Tina and Teddy wind up working for the same company as co-bosses. Tabitha eventually joins the uncuddlables in order to halt the baby corporation's five percenter program. Tina and Teddy join hands to prevent them from defrauding their company. Follow the show to what happens next and how it ends for the Boss Baby.
