Zakaria Sherif Zaki, also known as Zeeko Zaki, is an Egyptian-born American actor best remembered for his portrayal of Special Agent Omar Adom Zidan on Dick Wolf's FBI. At the age of one month, Zaki moved to the United States with his parents Emon and Sherif Zaki from Alexandria, Egypt.
Zaki's maternal grandparents arrived in the United States before he and his parents. His extended family remained in Egypt.
He was raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania. His father is a hairdresser, and his mother runs a salon in Wilmington, Delaware.
He graduated from Unionville High School, where he first fell in love with acting while performing in Seussical during his freshman year. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, he discussed why he chose to undergo a gradual metamorphosis over the previous eight years, as well as his incredible 100-pound weight loss journey.
He attributed his ability to maintain consistency with his workout routine to his ever-evolving interest in a variety of physical pursuits. He pointed out that the long voyage was planned. He stated:
The craziest part was just being kind of a different person every year. You get like 10 pounds a year, I wanted to do it slow, But my biggest tip and the thing that I walked away from was a little trick I learned from The 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss — 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up. So give it a shot.
Zeeko Zaki tries to fit in a 30-minute workout every morning before work. She works out up to six times per week. Additionally, the Egyptian-born celebrity remarked to Entertainment Tonight that he still feels like that old kid and he also stated:

The 6 foot 5 inches tall Egyptian-born actor previously revealed his experience losing 100 pounds, attributing his desire in losing weight to crewing in high school. Back in 2019, Zaki gave an explanation of how he began his weight loss journey by working out to P90X video packages and experimenting with various diets and exercise regimens.
He acknowledged that every six months, he has a tendency to become obsessed with a different kind of exercise, such as yoga or Crossfit. Zaki told Delaware Online that he makes an effort to exercise four to six times per week. He stated:
