In early 2021, the Love Island star uploaded a video on her YouTube channel revealing she received a boob job in November 2021 after thinking about the surgery for a year and a half. She claimed that she had two different cup sizes. She also explained that she waited until February as she wanted her chest to heal.
She stated that during a consultation with a surgeon, it was determined that in order to balance out the size disparity, the larger breast would get a reduction followed by an implant, while the smaller breast would receive a larger implant.
She said that her doctor "ended tightening up all the ligaments on the side" and that she was left with a noticeably larger scar under that breast since the side with the reduction was more uncomfortable and needed more care. Explaining the healing process, she added,
The healing process is not pretty, it is not. I had a few complications with this side, I thought I got it infected but I ended up having a stitch abscess. That was really stressful and quite painful.

In March 2022, Zara McDermott revealed about receiving Botox and fillers in a candid Q&A session on her Instagram after a fan asked, "Have you done anything to your face? Your so lucky you have literally zero lines!!!"
With a cute selfie of herself, she replied to the question by writing,
Yeah I get forehead botox & have done for years. And I get a crevice in my jaw & chin filled once every 2 years for symmetry that I've spoken about a few times! As my face is the most unsymmetrical thing you've ever seen (seriously). On my right side my jaw has a little inset/dent so I basically get it evened out
