But to let you know, the Love Island alum has previously spoken openly about getting plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons, and while she has stated that she does not actively promote it, she will never shy away from discussing the work she has done. When asked about her cosmetic enhancement, she only admitted having a breast enlargement, saying,
It’s something that I’d always wanted to do, but I could never find the right time. I feel so much more confident in clothes now and even in my work, as I used to model quite a lot of underwear and wasn’t filling it out, which I found embarrassing. It’s made me feel so much better and, looking back, I wish I’d had it done it sooner.
However, Molly Smith stated she hasn’t had Botox or a nose job, not because she disagrees with it, but because she is too terrified. She continued, “I’ve never had Botox or anything like that. I’m not against it and I think if people want to have it done, that’s fine – it’s just not for me. The thought of injections in my face scares me – I’ve just had a spot on my lip and that was painful enough!”
Furthermore, she also revealed on Instagram ahead of Love Island: All Stars that she is receiving a tooth transformation for her second stint on the island. Just one week before the show debuted, she captioned a photo of herself with the comment, “Happiness looks good on me,” tagging a dentist who had previously shared a video of her receiving veneers.

When I was on holiday, I couldn’t wait to put my bikinis on – in the past, I was always trying to add more padding to them! Clothes-wise, I didn’t feel restricted at all like I used to. I wore backless dresses and didn’t have the worry about stick-on bras, and I only packed one bra which I didn’t even end up wearing! ‘I’m over the moon with my results, I wish I’d have done it sooner.
