Jeremiah Weinberger met Jeffrey Dahmer while he was working at a video store. He was unaware that Jeffrey was a serial killer who had just killed Mathew Turner, a 20-year-old boy, a few days earlier. They made the decision to go together by greyhound to Milwaukee for the weekend. Jeremiah didn't realize that it was the last day until he opened his eyes, despite being with Jeffrey.
But Dahmer objected when Weinberger wanted to leave and drugged him later in the evening before injecting boiling water into his head. He had a significant brain injury as a result, and he fell into a coma. The issues worsened after two days in a coma, and he passed away.
Jeremiah Weinberger was among those who used to demand improved job chances from multiple organizations. This was Jeffrey's main form of payment to his victims. He used to track out persons who were in need of financial assistance and bring them to his flat with the promise of giving them a sizable sum. Jeremiah was one of the 17 victims who fell into his traps and died.
According to Tampa Bay Times, Jeremiah Weinberger's father said, " My son was hypnotized by a cobra. Unfortunately, he bit." However, his identity was never revealed.
Some Family Members of the Victims Are Unhappy With the New Netflix Series!
A source claimed that Rita Isbell, the victim Errol Lindsey's sister, was never notified prior to making the show. One of the victim's relatives, Eric Perry, wrote on Twitter, "I'm not telling anyone what to watch. I know true crime media is huge, but if you’re curious about the victims, my family is pissed about this show."
Perry added, "It’s retraumatizing over and over again, and for what? How many movies, documentaries do we need?“
Other victims' families also expressed shock at seeing their deceased loved ones depicted in the series in a number of similar tweets. It reinstated previous wounds in their lives.
