Nadia Jagessar is an event coordinator who appeared in both Season 1 and 2 of Indian Matchmaking. Born on August 15, 1995, the Netflix star is currently 33 years old. She dated Vinay Chadha and Shekar Jayaraman but her relationship didn't work out with any of them. Hence, she has yet to get married. However, her Instagram (@nadiajagessar) hints that she might be dating someone new.
With her cheery disposition and laid-back demeanor, Nadia can genuinely be compared to the girl next door, while she does admit to having a unique set of habits and insecurities of her own. However, she made every effort to avoid letting any of them interfere with who she truly was, whether on dates, in her role as an event planner or at any other time that could have hampered her experiences.
But sadly, she had no luck with either Guyanese-Indian-American Ravi Guru Singh or the erratically unreliable Vinay Chadha (who twice picked her up). They visited one other's base cities, he got to know her entire family, and there did seem to be a genuine spark between them, but it fizzled out once she realized he wasn't interested in her romantically.
Nadia may have been influenced by the fact that she connected with Vishal in the midst of everything, but things didn't turn out well because he was the one to express his disapproval of their relationship. In the Netflix series, she stated,
After so many times of, you know, going on dates and things don’t work. There’s only so many times where you can say, like, ‘Oh well, it was… it was because he wasn’t emotionally available.’ Or ‘he wasn’t ready,’ or ‘he wasn’t this,’ until you start being like, ‘Is it me?’ And so, for me, it’s just like working on myself, going to therapy, spending time with Millie [my dog], or with people that I care about. And hopefully adding another person to that list. I’m not rushing into anything, but I’ll keep trying. My name means hope, so I can’t lose hope.
As of now, if we're being completely honest, Nadia seems to be in the best possible circumstances right now. She's exploring the world, expanding both personally and professionally, and seizing a lot of exciting new opportunities.
The reality star from New Jersey is truly juggling it all, from growing her Euphoria Events company to working as a fragrance marketing for Givaudan to establishing herself as a public personality. As if that weren't enough, she also fulfilled a lifelong dream by speaking at the TEDx Momentous Conference at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this year.
Regarding her romantic status, Manav Gulati, a fellow (professional) dancer, and Nadia seem to be getting along well lately; he has even met Millie (her dog). Nadia hasn't confirmed or denied anything, but she does seem to be getting close to him.
The couple even went to the early August 2022 international premiere of the Netflix original Bollywood film Darlings, starring Alia Bhatt. She even captioned a photo of them, "Darlings premiere with my darling @manavgulatii".
