Arthur Robert, her non-biological brother, was also adopted along with her.

Lana Condor's Weight Gain: Lana Opened Up About Eating Disorder!

Chubby-looking Lana Condor's body size (and weight gain) is often a major topic on the internet. Lana appears to have always been a plus-size Asian girl. However, when comparing 21-year-old Lana to her 24-year-old self, we can clearly see that Lana Condor has gained weight and that changes in her thighs and shoulders can be perfectly seen.

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before actress, Lana (@lanacondor) admitted to having an eating disorder and enjoying her relationship with food. She is also fond of posting food pictures on Instagram and enjoys fast food and chicken.

Lana Condor also stated that we should not stop eating in order to get a flawless body; rather, we should recognize that each body form is unique. Unfazed by weight gain, the star uses social media to express her pleasant relationship with food.

As the actress appears to have gained weight in the pandemic, she has suspended her work and has become a slacker with a regular habit of eating junk food and anything she feels like eating with no exercise.

She admitted to looking bigger than she was in the past, following visible weight gain. But, now that the pandemic has passed, she has resumed her gym routine and enjoys going for walks with her fiancé and puppy, as she keeps her fans updated via TikTok.

Lana Condor expresses gratitude to her partner Anthony De La Torre (@anthonydltorre) and her parents for assisting her in her weight loss journey.

A ballet dancer, Lana opened up for the first time and she said she has had body dysmorphia since she was a child. She used to compare her size in the mirror and as soon as she stopped taking ballet courses, she focused on her dysmorphia. She stated:

I know what it’s like to have an eating disorder and body dysmorphia — and also what it’s like to be a friend to someone who has that.

Lana Condor claims that her disorder is not healed and that she is working to improve her BDD on a daily basis. She admits that she sometimes just has a lazy day with little energy left and that she is trying to find a positive approach to distract herself from her negative mindset.

For the time being, Lana has been attending Zumba sessions with her boyfriend Anthony in order to maintain her weight, and she has stated that she will never force herself to go through agony in order to eradicate weight gain. According to her eating habits, she enjoys changing her diet frequently and does not stick to the same foods for more than a week.

Lana mentions having tomatoes and is a big tomato fan, but she also enjoys seafood, scrambled eggs, and even sweet and tasty meals on a daily basis.

Lana, likewise, stated that she enjoys eating chips in a poke bowl and that she is a rice eater. She now enjoys having a relationship with her food and, in any case, she is maintaining her health and appears to be happy about opening up.
