Izuka Hoyle is Making Her Amazon Prime Debut on The Wheel Of Time
The Wheel of Time became available on Amazon Prime Video on November 19th. The inaugural season will consist of eight episodes, the first three of which were released yesterday.
The remaining five episodes of the series will be released every week, with the final one arriving on Christmas Eve, December 24th.
It's an Amazon original show, and fans have already dubbed it "the new Game of Thrones." The plot, created by Rafe Judkins, would follow Moiraine Damodred, alias Rosamund Pike, a part of the Aes Sedai, a formidable organization of women who practice magic.
The series is a book adaption that is based on more than 14 books. Following the first season, it is expected that there would be a spate of series.
The Wheel of Time was reportedly renewed for a Season 2 in May 2021, ahead of the debut of Season 1. Season 2 filming began in July 2021, and season 3 is planned to be shot concurrently.
